US Holiday Notice

For customers who are not in the United States, Avocent will be providing technical support only in English during the following holidays. 2011 Holidays - January 3, January 17, May 30, July 4, September 5, November 24, November 25, December 26 and December 27. Technical Support will be closed for customers in the United States without a 24/7 support contract.
